Instructions

Formation: Three units behind each other, each unit consisting of one man and two women either side.

Tune: Rhos Fach

A1 & A2 Forward and back, set and turn single. Repeat.
B1 The top three dancers dance the figure of eight around the people behind them starting by turning to their right.
B2 The other dancers now join the three top dancers and continue the figure of eight.
A3 (1-4) In each unit of three, the man takes two steps back and two steps forward while the two women walk forward four steps to form a circular shape with the man. All clap once, then clap sideways to their neighbour, clap once again, then form a right hand star.
A3 (5-8) Right hand star.
A4 (1-4) Circle to the right.
A4 (5-8) The men walk forward four steps and back four steps while the women bridge over them and then back to their place.
B3 & B4 As in B1 and B2 but with the middle unit of dancers starting the figure of eight by moving forward to their left.
A5 The men do a right hand turn with the woman on the right, then do a left hand turn with the woman on the left.
A6 Back-to-back passing right shoulders with the the woman on the right, then back-to-back passing left shoulders with the the woman on the left.
B5 & B6 As in B1 and B2 but with the back unit of dancers starting the figure of eight by moving forward to their right.
A7 & A8 Forward and back, set and turn single. Forward and back, set and bow.
B music can be used to leave the stage.
